Meredith Fleming is an Omnichannel Global Strategist who is a collaborative partner to business professionals who live in the reality of the new world convergence of Entertainment, Fashion and Sports.  In 2021, she was selected as an Entrepreneur in Residence by Idea Village, a start-up business incubator based in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is also the recipient of The President of The United States Volunteer Service Award for her tireless commitment to an inclusive, multi-generational workplace and has a Bachelor of Science in TV and Film from Boston University, College of Communication, 1990. 

Meredith is a Creative Executive who began her career in entertainment in Hollywood as a Reality TV Program Development and Production Executive at a creative think tank at Fox Television Station Productions and Tribune Entertainment. She oversaw both scripted live action programming and non-scripted programming for nationally syndicated TV for programs that are currently streaming today. Working with emerging talent, agents, athletes, writers and creatives as a Studio Creative and Production Executive as one of the first females in her 20s in the uber competitive male dominated Hollywood Entertainment world.  

 

Meredith grew her career in the global world of financial services at JPMorgan Chase, South Region Vice President of Commerical Bank Advertising, Marketing and Communications promoted to National Region based in Chicago where she oversaw a local and virtual team of creatives in the creative development and production of Experiential Marketing, Social Media, TV, Print and Events.  Meredith partnered with Head of Corporate Marketing to create local yet global aspirational brand omnichannel experiences with pioneering athletes and brand ambassadors resulting in client retention and increased revenue for the firm.

 

With the emergence of fashion within the world of global business and the consolidation of brands, Meredith became the Southwest Region Omnichannel Client Advisor with expertise in Emerging Categories at LVMH/FENDI leveraging the knowledge of FENDI Creative Director Karl Lagerfeld and their global brand ambassadors to create aspirational brand experiences for clients.
